The Hardest Answer to A Prayer
When I loved the hurting,
When I pardoned the offender,
When I forgave the addict,
When I prayed for the broken,
When I sought out the lost,
When I had hope for the prodigal,
When I picked up the fallen,
When I touched the sick,
When I calmed the violent,
When I held the vengeful,
When I kissed the betrayer,
When I faced the demons,
As my heart was breaking, I asked God, “Why don’t You just heal them?”
He answered:
“𝘽𝙚𝙘𝙖𝙪𝙨𝙚… 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙮 𝙢𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙖𝙨𝙠 𝙢𝙚 𝙩𝙤.”
.
.
.
It was in that moment I knew I had to depart and put it in God’s hands.
Sometimes love lets go… so, I let them go.
~ A Prayer ~
Dear Lord,
We know that you are in control. We do our best to support and love others, but realize it’s not our job to save anyone. We trust that our loved ones in need of healing are in the best hands! We release them into your care and will continue to pray for their restoration. Please guide them back home. We ask this in Jesus’ name, Amen.
With Love, Michelle
